GreenMerc AB (publ) announces that senior executives within the Group have completed share purchases in the company.

• Ari Liukko, CEO of GreenMerc AB, has acquired 51,230 Class B shares at a price of SEK 3.67.
• Steffan Södermark, CTO GreenMerc AB, has acquired 51,230 Class B shares at a price of SEK 3.67.
• Jonas Persson, CEO of GreenMerc Finance (subsidiary), has acquired 30,000 Class B shares at a price of SEK 3.50.
• Ville Runola, CEO of Northcrypto (subsidiary), has acquired 30,000 Class B shares at a price of SEK 3.50.
