Kjell Bjurfeldt
Chairman
Kjell has extensive experience from the financial industry, including roles as Partner and CFO at Peak Asset Management, CFO and CEO at Kepler Cheuvreux Nordic, Partner, CFO and CEO at ABG Securities, Financial Controller at HSBC Securities and Head of Finance at SEB Aktiv Placering. Kjell holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm University, specialising in accounting and investment/finance (auditing track).
Steffan Sondermark
Board Member & Co-founder
Steffan is a co-founder of GreenMerc and an entrepreneur who has founded several companies, including a leading international web hosting provider with customers in 180 countries. Payment systems, security and fraud prevention have been key focus areas. Steffan studied Business Administration and Computer Science at Erhvervsakademi SydVest.
Ari Liukko
Board Member & CEO
Ari is a co-founder of GreenMerc and an IT entrepreneur who started out as an IT consultant and has since co-founded several companies, including the global portal software company Corechange, headquartered in Boston, USA, the telecom operator Tele5 and the digitalisation company CloudRepublic — both of which were listed on Nordic Growth Market. Ari holds an MSc in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).
Andreas Rosenlew
Board Member
Andreas joins most recently from the board of Carnegie Investment Bank AB and has board experience from companies such as Avanza Bank, Acne Studios Holding and Ahouse AB. He has also founded and run Grow AB and has long experience in brand building and marketing strategy. Andreas holds an MSc in Economics & Business Administration.
Totte Löfström
Board Member
Totte Löfström is the founder and former CEO of the Swedish crypto exchange Trijo, later acquired by GreenMerc. Totte has broad experience of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's supervisory processes for crypto companies. Totte trained in rhetoric at Örebro University.

Magnus is the founder and part-owner of 720gruppen AB, which provides consulting services in management and talent supply. He has solid experience in media, marketing, communications and talent acquisition.
Erik Berggren
Erik is a successful entrepreneur and business owner who grew S-Bolagen into a company with around SEK 500 million in revenue and a profit margin above 25 percent.
Dennis Engström
Dennis is CEO of Peak Asset Management, which offers tailored asset management services to private individuals, companies and institutions. Dennis has extensive experience of financial operations regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
Gina Pari
Gina has taught crypto at institutions including the Stockholm School of Economics and KTH. She founded Sweblocks in 2018 to reduce inequality within blockchain. Gina has worked in IT and finance since 2004.

Leif worked for around 20 years at the audit firm Deloitte & Touche, where he was also a partner until 2001. He has since run his own practice at the audit firm Lüsch & Co Revision AB. In April 2002 Leif entered into a collaboration with the audit firm Nexia Revision KB.
