During his time as CEO, Arvid Börje Ramberg has played a central role in developing GreenMerc’s regulatory platform and strengthening the company’s position in digital assets and modern financial infrastructure.
Arvid will continue to be engaged in the company as an advisor through GreenMerc’s advisory board and will also remain a partner in the company.
Ari Liukko has co-founded GreenMerc and has a long background as an entrepreneur and leader in technology and finance companies. He has previously been CEO of two other listed companies and has solid experience in leading companies in growth and transformation phases.
